Tourists in Las Vegas feel prostitution in the city is legal

Is prostitution legal in Las Vegas? No. But tourists seem to think it is. Contrary to what the report from the Nevada Coalition against Sex Trafficking says, tourists on the Strip feel prostitution is perfectly legal in the ‘no holds barred’ city of Las Vegas.

The prostitution business is thriving on the streets of Clark County, and in the Strip and hotel-casinos of the city, though illegally. Perhaps, tourists haven’t figured out that prostitution in Clark County is against State laws. For the people in this business, though, opinions and laws hold little significance.

In recent times, prostitution as a problem has assumed gigantic proportions to become uncontrollable. Hotel-casinos in the city feel this crime can be ignored, but not checked. And this explains why some of them actually encourage prostitution. There are some hotels that take exception to this undeniable truth, though. If reports and interviews are to be believed, some of them have offered their co-operation to law keepers in their efforts to curb the crime. These hotels allow undercover stings and at times, turn the law breakers over to the cops. In spite of all this, all hotels unequivocally state that eliminating prostitution entirely is not a realistic thought.

Despite claims that Las Vegas is the hub for prostitution, people here believe that there is no substantial evidence to suggest the same. Prostitution in other tourist destinations is just as bad as Vegas, say casino owners.

Las Vegas escorts shouldn’t in anyway ever be confused as prostitutes.
